Candy Cane Mojito
- Simple Syrup
- Crushed Peppermint Candy Cane
- 1/2 Lime, cut into wedges
- 8 Mint Leaves
- Ice
- 1 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
- 1/2 oz Peppermint Liqueur (optional)
- 1 can CoCo Rum
- Lime, Candy Cane to garnish
Dip the rim of glass into simple syrup, and then into crushed candy cane. Add lime and minto to glass, muddle for 30s. Add coconut rum and peppermint liqueur (optional), and top with CoCo Rum. Garnish with lime and candy cane.
