Picked up for the mau5 - it's an alright drink. My main gripe was that the beverage was far too sweet.
Not very good customer service and the order took 5 weeks to deliver!
There’s a shady tracking number system that conveniently only the Shop app can let you track. So I signed up. But other than “your order is on the way”, you don’t get true tracking.
Then after waiting for over a month it says my order is partially delivered.
And never got a damn thing. Contacted them and have yet to hear back. What a scam
Customer service was impossible to reach and when they did it was 3 days after. It took more than a month to receive my order and was not compensated for the inconvenience.
I ordered coco rum and got coco vodka and it took a month to receive it.
We have yet to receive the order!!!!! This is one of the worst customer experiences ever! I am beginning to believe this is a scam!
The Best I wish it was easier to find in stores
Let me start this off by saying the product is amazing. So far I have tried the pineapple and lime vodkas and they are legit. Now the bad partI placed my order and waited and waited and waited and never received an email with any updates. I sent an email asking the status and never received a response back. I tried to track my order on the website and it said it could not find my order even tho I had my order number. Not until I sent a message via their Instagram did I finally get a response. The person was great and helped me right away. My order was then sent out within about a week. So I’m glad it was resolved, however I feel as if I didn’t reach out myself then my order would never have been sent. So I’m on the fence with regards to placing an other order.
I have received no response from anyone in the company. Today, I tried to send an email to the “support” email, which is listed on the website. I immediately received a response that it is an invalid email. I am terribly disappointed and frustrated with this company. Again, either send the product or refund my money.
I placed an order on March 13, 2023. I have been unable to contact anyone by telephone. I have sent six (6) emails and direct messages. No one will respond. This is WRONG! You took my money, but refuse to respond to a simple question. You do not provide a tracking number. You do not answer emails or direct messages. There is not a telephone number to contact anyone. Either refund my money or send the products I ordered.
I have asked three times for a tracking number for my order. I have received no response. I am anxiously awaiting my order.
This drink is so refreshing. I love that it has natural flavors which really makes the beverage come out on top compared to other drinks.
Love coco vodka but takes too long to get here and wish they had them at stores

The most refreshing alcoholic beverage I have ever had and the best tasting!! Anytime I find it I stock up because I live in a dry county and it won’t ship to my house😢
Love the CoCo Rum. Hard to find retail locations to purchase so receiving 20% off and free shipping over $100 on the online order helped keep the cost similar to going to the store. Thanks!

I’ve only seen the coco vodka (white can) at local liquor stores . Would love to try all flavours. I Don’t like regular coolers they are too sweet…

All the flavors in the 16 pack were so good but my favorite was the coco rum. I had a few people try them and they all really liked them. Most drinks show ingredients and how much sugar is in each but these do not. That was important for dietary restrictions for some people so they were not able to try them.
These are so refreshing... I'm not a big drinker and these are my go-to.
